When designing your business letterhead, you can start by selecting the right paper type for your letters: 70# Uncoated Text, 24# Royal Laid Bright White, 24# Royal Laid Natural White, 24# Royal Laid Gray, 28# Royal Linen Bright White. Our letterheads are printed on a standard 8.5″ x 11″ letter size, but you can also choose from three folding options: Half Fold, Tri Fold, Z Fold. You can also utilize the back of the paper by selecting the ink options that you need: 1/0: Black Ink Front; Blank Back, 1/1: Black Ink Both Sides, 4/0: 4 Color Front; Blank Back, and 4/4: 4 Color Both Sides.

You can also turn your proposal letter into a coupon, ticket, or invitation by including a perforated tear-off section. For bigger batches, you can order letterheads with a three-hole punch to facilitate easy storage on ring binders.
