Quote forms, or commonly referred to as estimate forms, is a list of products and services that will be provided by a person, business, or company. It contains a brief description about each listed item, together with their corresponding quantity, cost, and total amount. Other key elements found in an estimate form include: brief description about the products or services being purchased, the name of customer, his/her contact information, address, date, and the total amount.
